Dating from 1966, the Gran Colon is a purpose-built hotel divided into two blocks that are connected underground. There are two sizes of guestroom, both which are decorated in a 1970s style and are equipped with a good range of modern facilities. The rooms and bathrooms are all in good condition. The hotel has a very spacious lobby area which is separate from the check-in desk. The décor is reminiscent of the 1950's and there is a comfortable seating area where guests can relax. The hotel also houses 2 restaurants which offer a good range of international cuisine in pleasant surroundings. This is a nice hotel, suitable for all types of traveller.
