I don't understand the rating system for hotels in Spain. If this is determined by the costs of addional services (internet, breakfast and room service) then I get it. Rooms are nice,air con and sound insulation well above average. Little personal touches were missing. Could not find tea and coffee making facilities in the room, complimentary chocolate, fruit or half bottle of wine was abscent. Internet access in the room is a shocking 12 E an hour. Dismal tv choice and frustrating operation of cheap LCDs. There is however a free terminal in the lobby. Also hotel info file / folder or booklet of facilities was not easily to hand. Hotel staff do not knock sufficiently loud on the door to check if you are in residence. Lucky I am not shy, but I am considerate of others and try not to offend people. Doors lack spy holes to see who is prowling the corridors.This would add to the security incase of non guests gaining access to the hotel corridors.

Had a twin room which was quite small with twin beds very close together.Otherwise Hotel was very nice.Bar and Restaurant not as big as what I imagined it to be. Hotel is in a great location with plenty of bars,restaurants nearby.

There was an absence of info about the hotel and its facilities. No-one informed us that we could have used the facilities of the Hotel Urban for example. Get a room with a view forwards - we got a poor view over the inner courtyard. Several quality walks start and finish around the hotel - its position is superb.
