Staff are polite and helpful.
Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.

Our Review

A basic but clean three star property located on the Gran via, offering an excellent location. Staff at the hotel are friendly and polite and always happy to help. Guestrooms are basic but all are clean and kept to a high standard, however it can be noisy through the night because of its location. Overall a good base to explore Madrid.
