Staff are pleasant and helpful.
Guestrooms do seem to be on the small side but are adequate.
Receives mixed feedback from previous guests.

Our Review

This 3-star hotel does exactly what it says. It is a basic hotel centrally located in Madrid. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the hotel offers a good breakfast. Because of the location, it can be noisy at times through the night. A good option if you are looking for a basic low budget hotel.
