The Claridge hotel is housed in a magnificent red brick building with balconies and windows overlooking the Conde de Casal Square. It was built in 1969 and the façade has recently been renovated. The guestrooms are shared over 3 floors and all are standard in size and tastefully decorated, offering guests a refined atmosphere. The hotel lobby is medium sized with a revolving door which leads to the hall and reception area. The public areas are elegant with marble floors and coordinated upholstery and drapes. The hotel also has a nice restaurant which is located on the ground floor. It is very spacious and guests can enjoy the attractively laid out buffet, offering a range of international cuisine. A pleasant hotel offering a good standard of comfort and service.
